I have been an Administrative Professional for over 20 years. When I first started my career, I started on a clerical level and worked my way up to an Executive Assistant Level in a very short period of time. While I was working in the capacity of an Administrative Professional, I coached my Peers/ Managers/Supervisors/and Vice Presidents. I coached people on how to get promotions, how to handle having a bad day in the office, and how to start and maintain their own business.

My goal is to not only inspire Virtual Assistants around the world with the self confidence and the tools necessary to be successful, but I also offer a comfort place where YOU can work through YOUR problems not only for YOUR business but YOUR life. I provide a place where you can work through your ideas and challenges. I also have several years of coaching experience in marketing, relationship building, and time management. With my background and years of experience, I am sure that working with Inspiring VA Coaching will take you and your business to the next level.

Vision for Success Workshop is unlike any other workshop you may have attended in the past. During this 5 week workshop you will begin to create YOUR VISION which is imperative to be successful. You will also uncover your hidden skills that you can incorporate immediately into your business.

Sharon Broughton is an AssistU grad and has been in business since 2002. She earned her CPVA designation from Assistu in 2007 (www.assistu.com) and was awarded the “Volunteer of the Year Award” from AssistU in 2008. She has worked with several highly successful online marketers, including Ali Brown and Fabienne Fredrickson.

I have a natural ability to see the big picture for my clients (even if they can’t) and define the action steps and tools we need to get them to that vision! I love taking care of people and I am a nurturer in all aspects of my life. From being a single mom to helping my clients build BIG businesses—it all requires one thing: a loving and knowledgeable hand to guide things along. Working with my clients, we determine their mission and vision and I take care of the rest.

Sharon runs Sharon Broughton Team (her multi-VA practice) and Sharon Broughton Academy (a virtual professional training organization) where she trains virtual assistants the technical and strategic skills necessary to have a successful practice. She currently offers courses on the following: Expert Ezines, Expert Carts, and Expert Product Launches. Under development are Expert Multi-VA Teams, Expert Member Sites and 1SC Affiliate Manager classes.
