Sheila J Davis started out as a Virtual Assistant in 2011. Now she is an internet marketing business consultant for entrepreneurs looking to surpass their revenue goals.

Her passion for branding, web design, sales funnels, marketing and customer support strategies has helped her clients build their dream businesses (without sacrificing time with their families) and attain massive growth in just months. She has also developed LeapFrogVA Academy for VAs who want to achieve their dreams!

Her heart-centered approach has helped many entrepreneurs and VAs become everyday superheroes for their clients. But, she's not stopping there. Her goal for 2017 is to help 1,000+ entrepreneurs and virtual assistants build their dream businesses.

My First Coaching Client supports introverted coaches and VAs who want to create nurturing relationships and need a laid-back approach for meeting people and attracting business.

I am an introvert and private person which becomes a blessing and a curse at times. I've realized a balance in my business by working with a variety of coach clients, understanding what matters to me, and learning the power of saying either 'no' or 'not now'. I teach what I know, what I've learned, and what adds value to my business with my clients, which results in long-term business.

Coaching has taught me the value of giving from a pure heart with no expectation of return, and God has taught me how to apply tolerance in dealing with differing personalities. Thus, I have narrowed my niche enough to know when the right client crosses my threshold and how to embrace her for the journey.

The dream of being an online business owner began while I was on maternity leave with my daughter. After hours of research and lots of phone calls, nothing worked out. However, I eventually found a business mentor who took the skills I already had, and what I’d learned from my experience as a bookkeeper, and helped me find my own path.

This is when my niche, subcontracting, was born. I’ve become the go-to person providing subcontracting resources for service providers and virtual assistants.
